Contact Center for CallManager Express (Communications Manager Express)

Not if, but when will this functionality be brought together? Even if the Contact Center is an EXTRA, EXTRA light version with only basic queueing, scripting, prompting, etc. A complete call center (PBX, v-mail, and Contact Center) on a single 2800/3800 Integrated Service Router? Small to Medium businesses would be a huge market for such.

I have this problem too.
