IP Transfer Delay

I have my IP Transfer on CVP working, but there is slight problem.


When some on dial the CVP number the call goes to the queue and plays music normally and when an agent becomes ready there is dead slience of few seconds before the call is connected to the agent Phone.


any thoughts on this.

New calls are directed transparently to an alternate CVP VoiceXML Server. Note that without a CSS, callers may experience a delay at the beginning of the call waiting for the system to timeout while trying to connect to the primary VoiceXML server.
