CUE Hang UP issue

As you know when the caller gets the voice mail of the user he is prompted to enter # for more options. IF somebody press # and enters 1 for urgent the caller is then transfered to the operator.

This should not happen. The caller should hear the prompt "Your message has been sent. Good Bye".

Any ideas?

Remove the phone number specified in Voice Mail > Call Handling > Voice Mail Operator Number:

When there is no operator number, the behavior is as you expected. I had the same issue, and it worked for me.
