ACS Initial configuration

I would like to perform the initial configuration on a ACS but during the serial console connection I have always the same message:

Error: Failed to get NIC configuration: rc = [-1] unkwown error

Someone can help me?

Hi,

Please ensure that the NIC 1 is connected to the network and restart the ACS.

If it does not work then you will have to reimage the appliance using the CD provided.

I tried to connect the NIC 1 before restarting the ACS but... it doesn't works!

I have no CD because my ACS is a device only for test.

Do you have other ideas?

Hi,

You need need to open a TAC case. They will make the CD's download available to you.

I recivied today the CD to make the restore of the appliance and now all works fine.
