I have WS-C3750G-12S-E and WS-C3750G-24TS-E in an existing stack.It's Ios version is 12.1 (19)EA1c. I want to add an new
WS-C3750G-24TS-S in existing stack. It's ios version is 12.2(25)SEE2.

Hi Upendra,
I will always recommed you to upgrade your current stack first to the one you have on your new switch and then insert your new switch into the existing stack.
Have a look at this link which will guide you how to upgrade switches which are stack.
