VOIP Issue

Sir,

I am facing voice problem and request you to suggest your expertise in resolving this problem. My setup is as below:

I have users terminated at VOIP PABX Server which is given a public ip and connected to a swicth. This switch is connected to a cisco router which is connected to the ILL of ISP.

The interesting part is previously we were using DSL connection so the cisco router was not required rather there was modem of ISP and we had no issues of voip.

Hope you understand both the setup and thanks in advance for any feedback.

And what is the issue ?

Have you checked the router, any drops or errors ?

Sir, Thanks for the reply.

The issue as mentioned is voice cracking specially after 3-4 minutes of conversation.

No drops as per my understanding, anyway please tell me what to be checked on the router.
