we know that an 7912 use 3 licenses. If I purchase 100 x 7912G ip phones, how many licenses LIC-CM-XXX= need I purchase
If I purchase an VG224 gateway , need I purchase aditiona licenses?

You will need 300 device license units, so 3 x LIC-CM-DL-100= will do it.
You do not need any additional licenses for VG224 GW.

LIC-CM5.1-7825=
LIC-CM-DL-100= (x 3)
Which is the difference between
CP-7912G-CH1
and
CP-7912G=
Which part number need I order to complete

Hi Rafael,
Just thought that I should let you know that the 7912G has been announced as "End of Sale" "End of Life" see attached.
EoS and EoL for Cisco Unified IP Phone 7912G
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/prod_eol_notice0900aecd80538042.html
You probably want to go with another model like the 7911G, which is the Cisco recommended replacement model.

As far as ordering/Licensing goes why don't you fire off an email to;
I'm sure they will set this straight.
Hope this helps!

Rafael,
Just like Rob suggested, it would be wise to go for a 7911. Whether you choose to go one or the other, 7912 and 7911, both require only 3 DLUs per phone. So you will need either,
a. LIC-CM-DL-100 * 3
b. CP-7912G * 100
or
a. LIC-CM-DL-100 *3
b. CP-7911G * 100.
