cisco 7920 error:passed MAx device limit ?????

I am trying to configure a cisco 7920 using an AP 1240ag with callmanager, everything is fine until you are trying to make a phone call and the phone shows that error? on the screen

Error: Passed Max Device Limit

ANy ideas, what can i do to fix this issue?

any help is certanly greatly appreciated

Is fixed now, there was a problem with d/s limit on cm.
