I need some help with a cisco 1924 switch, I need to know if we can copy the flash to a tftp server and the running config, if so how

I dont believe this switch allows copying the flash to a tftp server. You can download the IOS from CCO instead.
But here is the syntax to copy the config to tftp server.
cat1900#copy nvram tftp://tftp_server/filename
tftp_server = server ip address
