You probably mean ccmuser? This is where you allow users access to change CFWD etc (there is no limit to the number of users);
http://ccm server ip address/ccmuser
I just went into ccmadmin>user>rhuffman>change password>update
and then used this new password to access my phone setup via ccmuser (it worked fine**)
Make sure that when you are in ccmadmin>user that you have set the proper device association for the phone you want to control.
