Call manager 4.1 (3) Publisher - subscriber problem

We are facing problem with Call manager 4.1(3) in publisher and subscriber mode.

Only publisher works fine. But after turning down publisher server subscriber is not taking over.

Firstly we are not in a position to identify if this publisher-subscriber installation is ok or not. As Publisher and subscriber at different locations connected by WAN links and there is no connectivity problem.

Is there any standard procedure to install this type of setup on cisco.com

do we need to configure something like cluster ?

Any link on cisco.com ?

Hi Subodh,

Make sure that under CCMAdmin|Server, you have the 2 servers listed and instead of hostnames, you have IP addresses.

Make sure that Cisco CallManager service is running in subscriber and check CallManager Group of the phones.
