Modify Directory Layout with CCM 5.x

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to modify the directory menu layout, when we press the directory phone button, with CCM 5.x.

For example, add the search by department for corporate directory, or remove the placed calls from the directory menu.

Unfortunatley with the CCM appliance you have no access to the XML/ASP files to modify the layout. There is nothing you can do :-(

Directory Button options cannot be changed. All this info is local to the phone (Except Corp Directory) and is not even stored on the CM. These options are builtin to the load files and there is no option to change it.

hi,

i believe there is way via external appliance CTE (Content Transformation Engine) which can fetch directry info from an intranet n using CTE u can display menu the way u want otherwise as mentioned in previous post there is no way to play with XML architecture..
