I have 6 autonomous AP1121, and all connect to a 3560 PoE switch with a DHCP and IAS RADIUS server on network, so should i configure the gateway for those APs?

I have this problem too.

It won't affect the operation as an AP at all either way.

The Default Gateway is just there so you can access the APs remotely for administration (through a router).

Without the DG, you'd only be able to access the administrative front-end from the LAN/VLAN/Broadcast Domain that the AP is attached to.

Good Luck
