Hi,
Is there a way to know who is logged in their attendant console and if they're available or not without going to see over their shoulders on their pc??
I'm sure I'm not the only one who wish to know if people are really available in the system... Haven't seen anything on that subject..
I know IPCC could resolve this problem, but is there anyway without the IPCC??
I'm using CCM 4.2

You can use Performance Monitor to see clients online.

I have the same issue now...I need to know if my front desk people are logged into the attendant console or are they just letting the calls go to the automated system. How would I use the performance monitor to check this?
