Hi,
We have a CCM v4.1 installed on Cisco windows 2000 and a Trend Micro Office Scan version 7.0.
Whenever we install the anti-virus, calls are dropping. So we uninstall it.
Can you or someone from Cisco help us on this? What are the things to consider and what setup?
I would appreciate it if you could include a link or print screen...

According to this link, v7.3 is supported on CCM v4.1.

You'll probably want to open a case with the TAC for more concrete info.

I can't open a a case with the TAC cause it's looking for a serial number and what serial will I provide? the CCM serial or the Physical server's serial?

Typically, this is the server's serial number. Of course, it needs to be under Smartnet or under warranty. But I'm not sure if the servers/CallManager has any warranty after purchase like 60 or 90 days.
You could always call them to open the case to. 1-800-553-2447.

It looks like we don't have warranty anymore.
So can someone help me provide the settings for Trend Micro OfficeScan version 7.3 (on CCM 4.1 server) installation? a print screen would be fine...

For issues with third party products like Trend I would contact Trend support. I'm not sure how Cisco could resolve issues with Trend's product.
