This could be as simple as needing to reboot the server to get all the processes back up. However, if you have recently changed the hostname on this server, and did not follow the full procedure at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/cw2000_d/cs303/usrguide/diagnos.htm#wp1078582 then this problem can also occur.
