Hi ALi,
Have a look at this link
http://tools.cisco.com/cpc/PFN.cpc
You need a CCO login for the same. From product option select 4500 and click next and from there you can select the supervisors and other details.

Hi Ali,
In addition to Ankur's post, make sure that you select the redundant Sup's option under the redundant Sup option. If you need the calculation for POE on the switch, please include the correct module number on the slot and also select the exact product number like Ip phone/Wirless AP on the module to get the proper calculation done.
Make sure that you also include your future growth into the calculation. Sometimes taking the wrong device count for POE doesnt give you correct part number of the PS for future growth.
