Hello there - I am trying to determine the total number of agents that are logged in via Cisco Desktop Agent. The report from the CRS real time application indicates that there are a total of 162 logged in resources. But when I look at the total number of agents we have that total should be closer to 210. It very well could be that the report from CRS is accurate and our other numbers are off although I don't believe that is the case. What I was wondering is are there any other reports or perhaps any queries that I could run against the CRS database that would provide me with the total number of agents that are logged in at a time. Or if someone could let me know if there are any caveats as to how it counts logged in resources such as if the agent is logged into both supervisor and agent does that count as two resources or anything that might be able to help me locate how the total number of agents are defined I would greatly appreciate it.
