VWIC-2MFT-E1-DIR for routers different from Mobile Wireless Edge Router

Hi.

I have some VWIC-2MFT-E1-DIR. Can I use this module in ISR3800 or ISR2800? What IOS version I shall use?

Hi

As per the supporting doc both the routers doesnt support the VWIC-2MFT-E1-DIR module..

Dear Alex,

I have checked it both router even 2621XM. They do no support the card. My suggesion not to mount the card to the router. If you mount you will find that the router is not booting up. It will give message like dumping IOS. If you dismount the card and and reset the power , you will find the rotuer okay.
