I have a bbsm server v5.3 All users have connection via WIFI ((using dhcp address)) they receive Web authentication start page when user submit her login and passwords he receives this following message:

?Sorry a network error occurred?

But when I affect a static IP Address ((the same address than assigned by DHCP server)) when user submit her login and passwords her is connected properly ((work properly))

best regards

check whether you have given the keyword "update arp" in your dhcp configuration in the server

In some configurations, the BBSM MUST have snmp access to the device responsible for serving as the client's default gateway. The snmp strings on BBSM & gateway device must match & if the device SNMP string (read) is secured by acl then the BBSM(s) must be added to the acl. Good luck. I have seen your exact error message as a result of SNMP issues.
