Using CM4.1.3 SR4D, I recieve device trnasient connection errors on various ATA devices from the subscriber. The CM Web admin shows devices are registered with subscriber. I have reset devices and viewed in subscriber event app log and still see the error. In sniffer traces I see there seems to be a problem tagged but it may not be a real issue. Has anyone seen this and have resolved the event app log error?

In Call Manager, viewing the ATA which are rejecting, I do not see a second line configured. I seen this post previously and thought it would cure this issue but wasnt able to find the second line anywhere.
Any ideas?
