Connection between cisco 3000 Concentrator and 3002 client device causing p

I am have a connection between our VPN 3000 Concentrator and VPN 3002 concentrator. SOme of the PC's behind the 3002 can connect to the corporate Web site and mail servers, while some are timing out. All can ping these servers. Ping time to the particular server ranges from 18-22ms. Any one have any ideas why some computers would have a problem and some do not? and if so what could be causing it?

Clear the ISAKMP SA and IPSec SA, then try to ping. also check your NAT and PAT configuration.
