I'm not quite understand what is your objective. However, here are some pointers;
- device name
- device location (site, building, floor, rack)
- device model
- device modules installed
- network diagram
- user manual (operation manual)
- device ios image
- device maintenance detail (hotline number, email address, maintenance contract number, 24x7 or 8x5, etc..)
- wan link circuit/service number
- wan link provider detail (name, hotline number, email address)
- network operations rooster (network administrators name, 24 x 7 contact number, emaill address, primary/backup)

Hi,
Monitor cpu, memory utilization of all network devices, wan links and lan trunks bandwidth utilization. Create a benchmark for each device/link. Record their utilization weekly noting the benchmark.
Record unscheduled downtime for each device (or service if redundant device is present). Create a record for MTBF (mean time between failures) for each device or service. You can also have MTTR (mean time to recovery).
