Hi

Did you check the output of show version command which can give you some fair idea on y the router has reloaded ?

Else do post out the output of show version here

which can be checked out for possible reload reasons...

You call it "automatic reload", but is a software crash. You need "show tech", particularly "show stacks" to see where in the code is crashing. And, customer level CCO access to decode this information.

If you don't want to do that, upgrade IOS and chances are it won't happen anymore.

UPGRADE THE CODE!

If you had smartnet and called the TAC, that is the answer you would get. If the issue continues after the code upgrade, you have bigger issues..

Dear sir,

when i run the show version command , it desply "router reload, unknown reason"

i check the debug and i follow it but i did't not find any thing.

i will apply the command show stack to see what can i get.

thanks.

Also check your processing engine. The NSE-1 has a known hardware bug (search TAC cases). We have several of these engines and with certain code levels they were hanging and sometimes rebooting all the time. We've replaced most of them at our expense.
