IPMA in proxy mode.

Hi,

I have configured to use IPMA in proxy mode for a manager with 3 assistants. Now we have a requirement that all the 3 assistants need to monitor the calls of manager and assist him. However the manager panel is active only on one of the assistant console and on the other two assistant console its greyed out. So how make the manager panel active on all the three assistant consoles.

The CCM version is 4.2(1)

Anyone help on this....

In the proxy-line mode, a manager can be assisted by only ONE assistant at a time. If your requirement is to have all the 3 assistants monitoring the calls of the manager you will need to configure IPMA with shared-line support, this supports up to 10 assistants per manager.
