Frame-relay packet capture

Dear all,

We need to packet capture on the "Frame-Relay" interface, the FR is terminated onto the router with a VWIC-1MFT-E1 so additional hardware will be needed to packet capture?.

Could any one suggest me the solution.

You need a circuit analyzer like the DA-30 for true packet capture on WAN links.

What problem are you trying to solve ?

I have given below the customer e-mail

To achieve this capture, you will need an external sniffer with the ability to capture "Frame-Relay" and attach to a VWIC-1MF-E1 interface card on a Cisco. If you don;t have one of these how much will it cost to hire one?
