We recently installed a CCM system here. Our receptionist's extension is 8068. When callers call in and she transfers them to a DN, they see the call as coming from her and answer with some goofy comment (when it turns out it's actually a client :-).
Besides being embarassing, this is a bit of a concern because people might not be as likely to answer the call if it's from our receptionist than a client.
How can I make the call appear to come from the source caller ID.
The gateway is a 3845 MGCP. The CCM version is 4.1.3 SR1.
