We're opening a remote site that's going to have a Layer3 switch and 2 Cisco 2801 routers. Each router has 2 T1's going to 2 Cisco 2801 routers at the main location. How do I setup the routers at both locations in a failover mode, so that one of the routers acts as a primary and the second router is a backup?
On the other hand, if we do decide to run the routers in a redundant mode, how do I setup the 2 routers in each location, so that all 4 T1's are being utilized?

Mean,
Is it possible to have Mulitlink PPP for each router so both the T1 can be act as singal T1 logically and then run the HSRP between both router...

Check the feasibility of using BGP in your WAN link http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/459/40.html
For LAN gateway, check GLBP http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122newft/122t/122t15/ft_glbp.htm
Using BGP and GLBP, they compliment each other in some network design. I have use them in multiple setup and they work just nice; load-share/redundant WAN link for both incoming and outgoing traffic

I can't use BGP on my internal network, only EIGRP or statics.

Use routed point-to-point links between the 2801s and the L3 switch. That way both routers can act as equal cost paths and EIGRP can choose the route paths for you based on load and service availability.
Depending on the circuits (IE different providers, etc) you may have to manually tweak your past costs on the T1 interfaces to get them to be equal.
This will also speed up convergence time as the routing table should update immediately when the interface physically drop versus waiting for an HSRP timeout.
Though how your routers at your main site are integrated into your network will also dictate how data flows through your wan.

For sure you can do this using HSRP . This stands for Hot Standby Router Protocol and will help you define a "virtual" address on both sides (remote and main sites) which you will set as default route/gateway for all your servers/customers/and so on.
