When opening Attendant Console using a screen resolution of 1680 x 1050, the screens are blank. Lowering the resolution of my monitor fixes the problem. Is there a screen resolution limit?

AC Window Greyed Out when Monitor Set to 1680x1050 resolution
Symptom:
- AC Windows is Greyed Out
Conditions:
- When Monitor Resolution is set to 1680x1050 (WideScreen)
Workaround:
- Change resolution to a lower size, i.e 1280x1024

The bug is in Assigned state ...that means DE are working on it ...it will be sometime before you get a Fix .....you can contact your cisco account manager if its too urgent

We found this one this morning. Our tech installed nice new 20" LCDs for our receptionists this last night, they run at 1680x1050. I've marked the bug for notifications in my toolkit, but I'm sorta surprised this hasn't been addressed yet.
