Does anyone know if it is possible in Attendant Console to program a speed dial number with a "pause" so that calls with extensions can be automatically programmed in?

Try a "," i am not sure if this will work. Will check it out today.

Unfortunately that did not work. I get "Invalid Telephone Number". Any other thoughts?

Hi David,
I guess the "," still only works on CME (BUMMER)
Telephone number to dialed. Represents a fully qualified E.164 number. Use a comma (,) to represent a one-second pause.
From this CME doc;
For CCM it looks like Feature request/Bug CSCec41905 (ability to add pause in Speed dials) is still open :(
