Dear all,
i'm planning to connect my 20 branch offices (3 to 5 users in each office) using PIX 506 in all these branches, and ASA 5520 at H.Q side. will ASA 5520 handle this? i need to go for any seperate license feature?
branch offices will be using ADSL connection.and at H.Q im planning 512 kbps internet leased line.Branch office ADSL line will be 1Mbps.
approximately what will be the bandwidth each branch will be getting if they are connecting using site to site vpn?
please post your views about this solution, i will highly appreciate and rate the posts.
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
ASA and PIX comes with IPSEC DES by default. If you want IPSEC 3DES, you need to purchase the license.
There should not be any problem regarding performance on ASA5520 for connecting 20 remote site

hi medan
thanks for your reply, can you give a rough idea regarding how much bandwidth each branch office will be getting or by default what will be the speed of connection in site to site topology.
