Dear Friends, I would like read about IPCC. Can any of our Forum friends can let me know where can i find the IPCC materials. Which course should i attend to get knowledge of IPCC. pls let me know if you know the web link to find IPCC materials.

You can begin to read the SRND guides regarding IPCC (Express or Enterprise) in this URL:

Take a look to the 'Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 7.x Solution Reference Network Design (SRND)' if you need information regarding IPCC Enterprise. If you need information regarding IPCC Express use this one 'Cisco IPCC Express 4.0 Solution Reference Network Design (SRND)' or the version you need (3.5, 4.0 or 4,5).

Hi I am looking for both IPCC express and Enterprise. I want to know about the both since i am new to this, i want to learn everything. Since you are Expert in this field, can you tell me what is the diffrence between the IPCC Express and IPCC Enterprise.
