Cisco works & Red Color on the access switch???

Hi Experts

i have seen on my Cisco works an access switch has a read Color + ? on the image of this switch

what this does?

Ali,

The red color means that the device is unreachable by SNMP.Thsi could be due to incorrect SNMP community strings or SNMP timeouts. Please see the link below for the reasons and workaround for settings:
