Is there a way to pull data on all IP phones on the network, that would include MAC address, extension and user into a spreadsheet, text file or word doc?
Thanx in advance!
James

Thanks for the link, only 25 of 100 phones are showing up, any idea why? I am also receiving a message saying that there is no records satisfying the conditions. I know that I about 50 phones at this location.

James, sorry I wouldn't know. Try posting in 'IP Telephony' forum with a title like "Phones doesn't show up in BAT".
Thank you for the nice rating and good luck!
