Hi,
Our company is planning to implement IP video conferencing for H.O. and four remote branches. The remote branches are connected to HO by 512kbps leased line. Now, what do I need to implement this requirement. What specific Cisco equipments do I need to and place to my network.I really appreciate if someone can help me on this requirement.
Thank you very much.

CCM 4.1(3)sr2 would be the minimum CallManager recommended version due to Video location leaks prior to that. For phone loads, 8.0(3) is the minimum recommended for the 7961 and 7970 phones.

Also cisco CCME support video conferencing using Cisco VT advantage or the videostation 7985. Interoperate with other vendor should not be a problem. It is a feature of IOS and runs on all the routers so you can chose from the 2801 and upward.
Hope this helps, if so please rate post!
