I want to upgrade a PIX515 license. The box is off site, do I really have to visit it to achieve this - perhaps there is some cunning alternative?

Alan,
You can ssh into the box and type the command
activation-key and enter the keys.
Here is the command reference from PIX 6.3 version of code.
