VPN problem using Netgear WNR834B Draft N router

I have a customer using a Netgear WNR834B Draft N router and he is not able to VPN to our office. We use Cisco VPN client 4.0.1 and he is able to use VPN if he uses the internal wireless (a/b/g) card, but not the Netgear PCMCIA Card that is provided with the router. He can use the card to access the internet but it won't allow the VPN pass through. He has spent hours on the phone with Netgear with no luck. There is nothing wrong with the Cisco VPN client because it works with the (b/g) signal, and there is nothing wrong with our network because everyone is able to VPN. My question is has anyone tried using this router and gotten the same result? I did find one website that said this router does not support VPN pass through, however, Netgear insists that it does (of course). Thanks in advance.

First make sure you have enabled NAT-T in the netgear router's config. Also making the router crypto peer rather than doing crypto pass-through may help.
