I have a client who purchased 115 agent licence and the doucumentation says you should get 2 IVR ports for every agent which would come to 230 but only 150 shows up. We are running the 7845 servers which should go to 300 according to the documentation. Looks like some servers can only go to 150. I am thinking the software does not realize what kind of server it is on.
