I have a new 1811 router. Am attempting to install PPPoE on the two WAN links to talk to two Speedstream ADSL modems. Each ADSL line has a fixed IP in the same subnet. I can get one of the links to come up but I cannot get the download speeds up. I have attempted to set the MTU but not having any luck here. Is there a standard configuration available to set up two ADSL modems in a failover/loadbalance setup? How do I optimize each connection then set it up to load balance.

If I plug the ADSL modem into my existing Netgear router I get download speeds of 800k with the same modem plugged into the 1811 the download speed is about 110k. The upload speeds are similar.
