Phones coming engage all the time

Hi,

We are having CCM 4.1(3) on windows 2000.

and having approximately 400 phones registered on it. We are facing problem that some numbers always come engage even if the phone is on the hook. We need to restart CCM service everytime. That makes all VOIP network down for a minute or so and all established call connections are teared down. We tried to reset the phone , update , or even delete and add phone but still the problem persistes. Has it anything to do with SQL database of phone numbers ? Do we need to take any action on SQL database ? As far as connectivity is concerned it it perfect we get ping responce without any delay.

Any link on cisco.com is appreciable !

Hi, do you see any errors in event viewer?

Does the problem started recently or is being a while?

Do you have Pub and Sub,

Is the problem random or seems to be the same numbers with the problem?

Yes , we ahve Pub and sub.

I will check out errors in event viewer.

The problem tentatively seems to random

I will post the out put.

Secondly if , does Pub and Sub configuration is not perfect can such problem come ,like calls getting forwared and not getting revert back ?
