We are having CCM 4.1(3) on windows 2000.
and having approximately 400 phones registered on it. We are facing problem that some numbers always come engage even if the phone is on the hook. We need to restart CCM service everytime. That makes all VOIP network down for a minute or so and all established call connections are teared down. We tried to reset the phone , update , or even delete and add phone but still the problem persistes. Has it anything to do with SQL database of phone numbers ? Do we need to take any action on SQL database ? As far as connectivity is concerned it it perfect we get ping responce without any delay.
