NM-2CE1T1-PRI card in 3745 router

Dear All,

I have inserted in NM-2CE1T1-PRI card in 3745 router. Card is getting detected in router as shown in show diag but command "card type e1 " does not appear . IOS is 12.3(5b).ROMMON version 12.2(8r)T2

Is this related to ROMMON version ?

Whats the feature set you are running in your router ?

did u try checking feature navigator tool?

Dear Sir,

I am using ipbase . One thing I have found that in show diag Port adaptor is showing Disabled Deactivated .

I thing we need to rebootthe router& then , command card type e1 will appear
