Hi,
I am having CCM 5.0(4). I am using CDR for reports. This is a new installation. I enabled the CDREnabled Falg as True. And also activated CAR Scheduler service in the CCM.
When I am trying to take any report from CCM, I am getting error like
"30061: Data is not available in the database"
Can someone tell me why is this ? Do I have to do additional configurations ?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. But this bug relates to Authcode not getting displayed in the CDR reports.
Here I am not getting any reports. Whenever I am trying to generate a report, I am getting some error message.
And as I said I am having 5.0(4). To which all versions can I do a upgrade to from this version ? Can someone give me the document for upradation ?
