HSRP on intenet routers

Unanswered Question

Hi all, I have recieved the setup config from my isp about my internet routers, they say they are load balanced, the config shows that on the fastethernet port that has the public ip on is in 2 groups, its standby for group 1 and active for group 2 on one router, and active for group 1 and standby for group 2 on the other, How is this working, I didnt realise you could have multiple groups on the same interface ?

I have this problem too.

hi friend,

by configring 2 HSRP grps. do u wanna achieve load balancing on both the link to ISP ??

if this is the case i would suggest GLBP is right choice.
