What is the best ATM traffic shaping which give the high line BW utilization ?
cbr , vrb-nrt ,ubr ?

So you will have to check with the provider what is the most convenient traffic contract. The that would be exclude in almost all cases, would be UBR that technically doesn't guarantee delivery. You can use a single PVC for both voice and data because the router is able to prioritize traffic using the per-VC queuing.

These are traffic categories have different purposes and no one is "better" that the other. The router will perfectly use them all according to the configuration parameter.
This said, most ATM provider have been selling mostly VBR-nrt for use in data networks.
On the other hand, if for example you have ATM pooint-to-point without switches in between, you can configure any service category with PCR = line rate and will not make any difference.

My ATM is carraing both data and voice and it poasses through provider switch
