Softkey Template

Hi I've had a softkey template in place for a few months now. However today it seems to work for half of my users and not the other half. The call state is Ring IN and the two keys are iDivert and Answer. I'm not sure why the template works for half of my users and not the other half. Not all of my users use CTI applications, but that doesn't seem to be it. Any suggestions?

I have this problem too.

Mystery discovered. If you're speakers are not enabled, then those features I've mentioned won't work.
