Hello,
I have 2 users that each have the VT Camera II. They are using the Video Advantage 2.0(2) software. When they open Video Advantage it shows a green bar from the camera to the phone (7941) and they can test the video but when they call each other they cannot see the other person.
I have video capabilities enables on CM. Which we are running CM 5.0.4.2130. And the user does have the camera icon on his LCD phone display.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you configured your Regions and Locations with sufficient video bandwidth?

Yes. Here is the full story. It was working between my computer and the other users computer. I took it off my computer and shipped it to another user at our different site. He installed the software and that is where we are at.
We are using the same call manager

Is the same Region/Location configured for the new user or different ones?

Yes they are in the same Location.
