Hi forum,

I have a site using mitel IP phones plugging to cisco 3560xl with POE support.

If we plugged the mitel phone into the switch port there is POE support, but if we plugged a PC back and remove the mitel phone, and after that plug the mitel phone directly to the port again, there is no poe except unless we shut and no shut the port.

why is this so?
