I have problem with total disconnect of in CCM. I have connection of router and PSTN, and I can see that disconnection of call on GW is ok. I use 'sh voice port sum' and 'sh call active voice br' and I can see that call is disconnected, but I can still hear tone in my IP phone. The result of that is that agent desktop in IPCC is still up, and can not go down for 45 sec till the tone in IP phone stops totally.

Did you understand my problem? After few sec of call disconnect from PSTN, I can not see the call 'sh call activ voice br', but on IP phone I hear busy tone.

try with
supervisory disconnect dualtone pre-connect( not mid-call)

No help,
situation is more worse. Call is not disconnected until busy tone is on.
Do you know where I can decrease busy tone?
Someting like busy tone timeout ...
