I'm not able to add a new "layout" using Desktop Administrator --> Enterprise data.
The "Add" option is disabled.
What can I do ?
I've created many layouts before without problems

Check if the agent's Directory Numbers as well as the CTI Route Point are configured in the Desktop Admiistraton.
