As our admin left the company im charged to change passwords for IPCC (PGs, IVRs, Router, DAWs) and the Callmanager.
1- Im about to change the Callmanager Adminstrator Password (local NT Windows Password) will it have any effect on IPCC? i remember seeing those username and password when setting the PGs PIM and IVRs, or are those account something else?
2- Which administrator account passwords in IPCC should be changed and how?

1. No, it will not have any effect on IPCC. The only username you would have seen when setting up the CallMangaer PIN is the pguser password, not the Windows password of CallManager.
2. You should only need to worry about the local machine username/password on the IPCC boxes and any domain accounts that can logon to the machine. There are service accounts that get created automatically during the install but the passwords are randomly generated so no need to worry about them.

Thanks adignan,
So basically for IPCC and Callmanager i just need to do this:
Start > Program Files > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Users, select Administrator Account and right-click Set Password
nothing more?
